Introduction

Rösti are a typical Swiss German potato specialty. These are grated potatoes that are cooked in a pancake. They are crispy and tender.
The extra thing:
- You can add onions, bacon, cheese to the preparation.
- Serve with salmon and a lemon dill cream, green salad, a poached egg.

750 g potatoes floury | |
50 g salted butter | |
15 cl peanut oil |
Instructions

Peel the potatoes and grate them with a manual coarse grater or a food processor.
Lay a tea towel flat and place the grated potatoes on it. Cover with another cloth and rub to remove moisture from the potatoes. |

In a skillet over medium / high heat, melt the butter and oil.
Shape rösti into small patties in the pan. Cook 5-10mn on each side. |
