The Swedish meatballs are composed of fragrant meat (here I used chicken and pork but everyone is free to do as they see fit), served in a tasty sauce. It is of course an adaptation of the famous dumplings that can be found in a famous Swedish furniture store chain. The sauce brings a particular delicacy, the dumplings are soft and golden. It makes you want to discover even more Swedish recipes.
The extra thing:
- Be careful to adapt the cooking time according to the meat used.
- You can of course serve these meatballs with cranberry jam for even more Swedish notes.
