The Swedish beet potato salad is a complete, fresh and tasty salad.

Ingredients
2 slices smoked salmon | |
1 tbsp mayonnaise | |
1 tsp old-fashioned mustard | |
0.5 lemon for the juice | |
250 g potatoes cooked | |
0.25 apple green | |
2 pickles | |
1 cooked beet | |
3 tbsp liquid fresh cream | |
1 tbsp dill |
Instructions

Prepare the sauce: mix together the mustard, mayonnaise and liquid cream in a bowl.
Cut the cooked potatoes into large cubes, season them with the sauce and mix in a salad bowl. |

Cut the vegetables into pieces and the apple into julienne. Cut the smoked salmon into separate strips.
Arrange the plates with the seasoned potatoes, then the pieces of beetroot and gherkins. |

Roll up the slices of smoked salmon and arrange them on the plate.
Drizzle lightly with sauce and lemon juice. |

Arrange the green apple julienne and sprinkle with dill.
Adjust seasoning and serve. |
