This version of tortilla with chips is a super quick version to make because the potatoes usually used in tortillas are replaced by chips.

The extra thing:

  • Do not salt because of the salt content present in the chips.
  • Add piquillo peppers, smoked salmon, ham, chorizo…

Ingredients

7 egg
130 g crisps
2 tbsp parsley haché

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a salad bowl, beat the eggs into an omelette.

Open the packet of chips and crush the chips by pressing down on the packet.
Pour the chips into the omelette with the parsley.
Mix to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Pour into the mould.
Bake for 30 mins.

Let cool.
Unmold and cut into squares.
To serve.
