This version of tortilla with chips is a super quick version to make because the potatoes usually used in tortillas are replaced by chips.
The extra thing:
- Do not salt because of the salt content present in the chips.
- Add piquillo peppers, smoked salmon, ham, chorizo…
Ingredients

130 g crisps | |
2 tbsp parsley haché |
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a salad bowl, beat the eggs into an omelette. |

Open the packet of chips and crush the chips by pressing down on the packet.
Pour the chips into the omelette with the parsley. Mix to obtain a homogeneous mixture. |

Pour into the mould.
Bake for 30 mins. |

Let cool.
Unmold and cut into squares. To serve. |
