This tandoori chicken and pepper naan pizza is not a country-specific specialty but rather fusion cuisine. This dish consists of a base of naan (Indian bread), a spiced tomato coulis, pieces of tandoori chicken, peppers and cheese. Everything is cooked like a pizza. The difference ? a dough with an original taste and a supple texture specific to naans, a sauce and a spicy garnish but without being spicy. It’s original and we enjoyed it.
The extra thing:
- Serve with a cilantro-mint cucumber salad
- Find my homemade recipes for tandoori chicken and naan skewers here
- Cut into small pieces for a dinner appetizer
- Add chilli to taste
- Use cheese naans for an even more indulgent experience
