Mouhalabieh is a typical Lebanese dessert. The texture is between flan and dessert cream, flavored with orange blossom water. It’s super good, quick to make and accessible to all. We finish a meal all in freshness and indulgence. Yum yum.
The extra thing:
- You can add a touch of honey by taking the mouhalabieh out of the fridge.
- Add almonds or other dried fruits with or in place of pistachio powder.
Ingredients
50 cl whole milk | |
25 g sugar | |
30g cornstarch | |
2 tbsp orange blossom water | |
2 tbsp pistachio powder |
