Introduction

Lemon semolina is a quick side dish, not greasy and very fresh. It goes very well with grilled meats, fish or even eaten alone. This recipe has pep and can only surprise.
The extra thing:
- To get as much lemon juice as possible, roll the whole lemons on a work surface to soften them. There will be more juice that way.
Ingredients
1 glass couscous semolina | |
1 glass of vegetable broth ou de volaille | |
1 lime uniquement le zeste | |
1 lemon uniquement le zeste | |
1 tbsp lemon juice | |
1 tbsp lime juice | |
3 stems of coriander leaves | |
1 tsp olive oil |
Instructions

Pour the couscous semolina over the very hot broth.
Cover for 5 mins. |

Remove the lid and pour in the lemon and lime juices and the olive oil.
Mix well. Zest the lemons over the semolina. |

Chop the coriander with a knife and mix it into the semolina.
Adjust the seasoning and serve immediately. |
