Introduction
Teriyaki salmon is roasted salmon in a soy and mirin-based sauce. The salmon is lacquered, lightly caramelized and flavored to perfection. It’s very easy to do.

Ingredients
2 salmon fillets without skin or bones | |
1 tbsp peanut oil | |
1 tsp sichuan pepper crushed | |
1 tbsp salted soy sauce | |
2 tbsp mirin | |
2 tbsp cooking sake | |
2 tsp sugar | |
1 tbsp water |

Prepare the sauce by mixing the soy sauce, mirin sauce, water, sugar and sake in a bowl. To book.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with the oil.
Dry the salmon with paper towels. Brown the salmon in a pan for 2-3 minutes on each side. Reserve off the heat. |

Clean the pan with paper towels.
Place the salmon in the pan and pour the teriyaki sauce over the salmon. Brush with a brush and reduce the sauce for about 5 minutes so that it is syrupy. |
