Introduction

Dorayaki are small pancakes filled with red bean paste (adzuki beans). It is a typical Japanese sweetness. Red bean paste can be found in Japanese stores or on the internet. Dorayakis are eaten cold.

Ingredients
4 egg | |
2 tbsp runny honey | |
1 packet of baking powder | |
160g flour | |
140g sugar | |
100g red bean paste | |
sunflower oil pour la cuisson |
Instructions

Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add honey and sugar and beat with a whisk to obtain a frothy mixture.

Add baking powder and flour. Mix and leave to rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Dab some paper towel in a little oil and grease a frying pan.
Bring the skillet to low heat. When the pan is hot, add small piles of pasta (a little smaller than a pancake, for example) and cook for 2 minutes on each side. |

Arrange a tablespoon of red bean paste on a pancake and spread. Assemble another pancake on top.
Renew until exhausted. To serve. |
