This wild garlic mushroom ricotta toast recipe is very enjoyable in the evening when you lack the time and energy to cook. It is made with a slice of toast, lightly lemony ricotta, raw mushrooms and freshly chopped wild garlic. It’s ideal on sunny days, very quick to make, light but very tasty.

Ingredients
4 slices of bread | |
200 g ricotta | |
1 lemon only the zest | |
100 g Paris mushrooms | |
4 tbsp wild garlic |

Grill the slices of bread in the toaster or in the oven using the grill function. They must be golden.

Pour the ricotta into a bowl. Zest a lemon on top. Adjust seasoning.
Mix and set aside. |

Thinly slice the mushrooms.
Chop the wild garlic. |
