I offer you my easy chocolate cake recipe. And when I say easy, it’s actually too easy and really quick to make…and to eat too! This is a recipe that I enjoy making with my daughter as well. Success guaranteed.
The extra thing:
- You can reduce the cooking time by 5 minutes so that it remains melting in the heart.
- Cut into squares to accompany a coffee.
- Serve with vanilla, pistachio or raspberry ice cream and/or whipped cream for a gourmet ice cream sundae.
Ingredients
250 g dark chocolate | |
125 g butter with crystals of salt | |
125 g brown sugar | |
3 egg | |
50g flour |
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, cut the butter into pieces and the chocolate coarsely. Melt in the microwave at medium power for 2 minutes, checking regularly. |

In a bowl, break the eggs and add the brown sugar. Mix with the spatula to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Pour in the melted butter and chocolate mixture, mix. |

Add the flour and mix to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Butter the baking pan and pour the cake batter into it. Bake for 25 minutes, checking regularly. |

Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
