The melon cucumber tomato salad is fresh and fruity. It’s a light salad, accessible and perfect for sunny days.
The extra thing:
- Add a little chopped mint.
- Serve with large slices of toasted bread.
- Replace marbles with slices or squares.
- Add raw ham shavings.
- Replace goat cheese with mozzarella.

0.5 cucumber | |
5 cherry tomatoes | |
1 handful mesclun | |
1 goat cheese | |

Cut the cucumber and the melon in 2 and cut them into balls using the melon baller. Set aside
Cut the tomatoes into quarters and set aside. Cut the dung into pieces and set aside. |

Dress each plate with a mesclun base, then the melon and cucumber balls, the tomatoes and the goat cheese.
Sprinkle with thyme. Pour the vinaigrette and season. To serve. |
