These praline tiger cakes are made from a dough to which we add chocolate sprinkles to give them a tiger aspect. Then add chocolate to the praline for even more indulgence.

Pour the almond powder, icing sugar and flour into a bowl.
Stir in the melted butter and egg whites. Mix using a spatula to obtain a homogeneous preparation. Then incorporate the chocolate sprinkles using the spatula. |

Grease the molds and pour the dough into them. Bake for 15 min. Leave the unmolded cakes to cool on a wire rack. Melt the praline chocolate. Turn the cakes over and pour the melted chocolate into the cake cavity. Let cool before serving. |
