Introduction

To share

These praline tiger cakes are made from a dough to which we add chocolate sprinkles to give them a tiger aspect. Then add chocolate to the praline for even more indulgence.

1 serving corresponds to 6 cakes

For this recipe, I used:

  • Mini bundt cake mold

The extra thing:

  • Add vanilla bean seeds, cinnamon, a little rum or bitter almond extract.

Ingredients

75 g butter
50 g ground almonds
85 g icing sugar
25 g flour
75 g of egg whites
2 tbsp of chocolate sprinkles
100 g of praline chocolate type Pralinoise
peanut oil to grease the mold

Instructions

1
Melt the butter and brown it until it is nutty. To book.
Lightly beat egg whites with a fork. To book.
2
Pour the almond powder, icing sugar and flour into a bowl.
Stir in the melted butter and egg whites. Mix using a spatula to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
Then incorporate the chocolate sprinkles using the spatula.
3
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Grease the molds and pour the dough into them.
Bake for 15 min.
Leave the unmolded cakes to cool on a wire rack.
Melt the praline chocolate.
Turn the cakes over and pour the melted chocolate into the cake cavity.
Let cool before serving.
