Introduction
This pea and goat cheese pie is particularly sweet. It is a savory tart that can be served as a starter or as a main course.

Cook the peas in a large volume of water with the stock cube in a casserole dish. Cook covered for 45 minutes, they should be tender.

Drain the peas and puree using a potato masher, taking care not to letter the skin of the peas in the puree.
