Sweet potatoes roasted in the oven with herb sauce is a very fragrant vegetarian dish. Sweet potatoes are flavored with spices, roasted in the oven and served with a herb sauce. A delight.

200g cottage cheese de chèvre | |
30 g fine herbs fraîchement hachées (ici j’ai utilisé de la menthe, de la coriandre et du persil) | |
1 tbsp cumin powder | |
1 tbsp coriander powder | |
1 tbsp paprika | |
1 tbsp olive oil |

Preheat the oven to 185°C.
Mix the cumin, paprika and coriander powder together. To book. |

Cut the sweet potatoes lengthwise and place in a baking dish. Pour in the olive oil and sprinkle with the spice mix.

Mix the cottage cheese with the freshly chopped herbs. If necessary, you can use an immersion blender to mix everything with the cottage cheese. Adjust seasoning.
