How not to be a fan of lasagna? There are several recipes, here is my family recipe, homemade lasagna, and I only like them that way.
The extra thing:
- Using fresh pasta instead of dehydrated lasagna saves approx. 10 minutes of cooking.
- Bechamel is best homemade .
- Add a little diced celery to the tomato sauce for even more flavor.
- You can replace half of the ground beef with ground veal, which makes this dish even more tender.
- Serve the lasagna with green salad.
- It’s even better the next day, when the lasagna has set and is clean when cut.
- If the meat sauce is too liquid, strain it with a slotted spoon when assembling.

2 shallots | |
250 g button mushrooms | |

Heat the béchamel in a saucepan.
Butter a gratin dish. |
7

Start assembling the lasagna: add a small layer of béchamel in the bottom of the dish then add a small ladle of meat sauce and then place the lasagna next to each other to fill a first layer.

Then add a ladle of meat sauce then a ladle of béchamel, 1/4 of the grated cheese then cover with lasagne.
Repeat the operation in this way until the dish is filled, in principle this makes 4 layers. |

At the end, sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
Bake for about 25 minutes in the oven. Leave to rest for 5-10 minutes on a wire rack before serving. |
