Introduction
I made this recipe for fresh goat cheese and radish verrines for an aperitif. It’s super easy to do. This verrine is made with goat cheese, radish and a little water. I prepare them in advance (2 hours) to serve them very cold.
1 serving corresponds to about ten verrines
The extra thing:
- Serve with breadsticks
- Use radish tops to make soup or mousse
Ingredients
200 g of fresh goat cheese | |
1 bunch of radishes | |
25 cl of water |
Instructions
1
|
Prepare the radishes by removing the tops and cleaning them.
Cut into pieces and pour into a salad bowl. |
2
|
Add the goat cheese and water.
Mix using a hand blender. Adjust the seasoning and serve. |
