Introduction

I made this recipe for fresh goat cheese and radish verrines for an aperitif. It’s super easy to do. This verrine is made with goat cheese, radish and a little water. I prepare them in advance (2 hours) to serve them very cold.

1 serving corresponds to about ten verrines

The extra thing:

  • Serve with breadsticks
  • Use radish tops to make soup or mousse

Ingredients

200 g of fresh goat cheese
1 bunch of radishes
25 cl of water

Instructions

1
Prepare the radishes by removing the tops and cleaning them.
Cut into pieces and pour into a salad bowl.
2
Add the goat cheese and water.
Mix using a hand blender.
Adjust the seasoning and serve.
