Introduction

La Flognarde aux pears is a Limousin dessert, very similar to clafoutis.
The extra thing:
- Replace the pears with apples.
- Use williams pears.

75 g flour | |
35 cl milk tiède | |
2 tbsp peanut oil | |
1 packet of vanilla sugar | |
2 tbsp icing sugar |

Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Peel and cut the pears into slices or cubes. To book. |

In a bowl, break the eggs, pour the flour, lukewarm milk, sugars and oil and whisk to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
