These crispy hazelnut waffles with caramel sauce are super quick to make. This is a simple appliance that does not need to rise unlike other waffle recipes.
1 serving is approximately 10 waffles.
For this recipe, I used:
- A waffle plate

- Use roasted hazelnut powder
- Serve with praline
- Serve with whipped cream for even more indulgence

Ingredients
100 g salted butter | |
250 g flour | |
1 sachet of baking powder | |
50 g ground hazelnuts | |
30 g of sugar | |
2 egg | |
20 cl of milk | |
15 cl of salted butter caramel | |
sunflower oil to grease the waffle iron |
Instructions

Melt the butter in the microwave.
Beat the eggs in the milk. |

Combine the flour, baking powder, ground hazelnuts and sugar in a salad bowl using a whisk.
Pour the milk / egg mixture into the bowl, continuing to mix to obtain a homogeneous mixture. |

Grease the waffle iron and heat.
Pour in waffle batter and cook for the appropriate time. Renew until exhaustion. Serve with caramel. |
