Introduction
The brookies = brownies + cookies. These delicious soft, tender and above all super delicious cookies. With a little chopped pistachios and lots of chocolate, they are irresistible.
They were devoured by my chocovores in no time.
The extra thing:
- Replace pistachios with chopped peanuts or walnuts
- Break pieces of brookies and serve them with vanilla ice cream

150 g chocolate chips | |
1 tonka bean or the seeds of a vanilla bean | |

Break chocolate into chunks in a bowl, add butter into chunks and microwave in 30 second slices in microwave on full power until melted.
