Introduction
This caramelized turnip recipe allows you to cook turnips quite quickly because they are cut and cooked beforehand. The turnips are then sautéed and flavored with soy sauce and sugar.

Peel and dice the turnips. To book.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Pour in the turnips and cook for 7 to 8 minutes, the turnips should be soft while holding. Drain and set aside. |
