A good product is essential, especially for the turkey which can be quickly bland. Cooking en papillote keeps the poultry tender. The recipe for turkey mashed with apples is sweet and spicy.

The extra thing:

2 turkey cutlets
3 tbsp water
2 tsp peanut oil
1 apple
2 tbsp massaged
