Introduction

Fruit porridge is the breakfast for gourmets and also the essential for brunches. The porridge is quite regressive for me because it was the breakfast I enjoyed during the holidays in my childhood. Full of fiber and vitamins!

The extra thing:

  • You can use goat’s milk, almonds, hazelnuts.
  • Replace the sugar with honey, maple syrup or agave syrup.
  • For even more perfume, flavor the water milk with orange blossom, tonka bean or a little cinnamon.

Ingredients

1 knob of salted butter
80 g oatmeal
25 cl milk
1 tsp liquid vanilla extract
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 banana
1 handful of blueberries
1 handful raspberries
1 kiwi
1 handful of pecans

Instructions

1
Bring the milk to a boil with the vanilla, sugar and butter.
Pour in the oatmeal and lower the heat to low.
Leave to thicken for 5 minutes while stirring.
2
Turn off the heat and pour into bowls or plates.
Cut the fruits and place them on the porridge.
Serve lukewarm.
