Bok choy is a variety of Chinese cabbage. In this garlic ginger bok choy recipe, the bok choy is steamed and served with a very fragrant garlic and ginger sauce. This recipe is very healthy, really super fast and delicious. You can find pak choy in Asian supermarkets and also in supermarkets.

Ingredients

2 pak choy
0.5 tsp potato starch
2 clove of garlic
1cm ginger
3 tbsp salty soy sauce
5 tbsp water
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar

Instructions

Rinse and cut the pak choy in 2 in the direction of the thickness.
Steam for 5 mins.

Prepare the sauce

Peel, degerm and chop the garlic. To book?

In a saucepan, pour the potato starch, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, water, sesame oil and sugar. To mix together.
