Maple Syrup Roasted Ham is a traditional American and Canadian recipe. The ham is caramelized on the outside and is delicately flavored with maple syrup.
The extra thing:
- Serve with vegetables or pasta.
- For the maple syrup glaze, add 100g of brown sugar for an even more caramelized result, replace the maple syrup with honey, add thyme.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Place the ham in the baking dish. Pour the maple syrup and bake. |
