Introduction
To share
Chocolate chip muffins are typical American soft pastries that are baked in muffin tins. It is a very simple cake to make and that appeals to young and old alike.
1 serving is 6 muffins.
For this recipe, I used:
- A spatula
- A muffin tin
- paper boxes
- A cooling rack
The extra thing:
- Add broken walnuts or hazelnuts, flavor according to taste

Ingredients
190g flour | |
10g cornstarch | |
1 packet of baking powder | |
1 pinch of salt | |
1 tbsp ground hazelnuts | |
85g brown sugar | |
100g chocolate chips | |
1 tsp liquid vanilla extract | |

120ml milk |
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 220°C.
In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients except the brown sugar. In another bowl, mix (without beating) the egg, brown sugar and vanilla extract. Add the milk and then the melted butter. |

Mix the preparation with the dry ingredients with the other preparation using a spatula to obtain a homogeneous paste.

Pour into muffin tins.
Bake for 5 mins at 220°C then lower the oven to 180°C and cook for 20 mins. Let cool on rack. |
